The CI-CERT (Côte d’Ivoire – Computer Emergency Response Team) is the national CERT, created within the Telecommunications / ICT Regulatory Authority of Côte d’Ivoire (ARTCI). It is a center for monitoring and responding to computer security incidents occurring in Ivorian cyberspace.

As the coordination center of national sectoral CERTs, abbreviated CERT / CC, the CI-CERT meets the requirements of a security operations center.

The CI-CERT works with organizations to collect and disseminate information and coordinate response actions. He is also a member of the Security and Incident Response Teams Forum (FIRST). The CI-CERT exchanges information with other CERTs and acts as a point of contact for cross-border security incidents.
