The ECOWAS CSIRT week brought together high-level cybersecurity experts from the region and internationally. It held plenary sessions, round tables, technical demonstrations and master classes.
CSIRTs in beneficiary countries have committed to sharing information on the organization and management of their CSIRTs. Good practices in improving the efficiency of incident response teams are shared and adopted by all beneficiary countries.

A set of recommendations using the Security Incident Management Maturity Model (SIM3) to help emerging and existing CSIRTs increase their maturity level has been adopted.
