The ECOWAS Commission and the Council of Europe are joining forces, through the OCWAR-C and Glacy+ projects, to help the judicial authorities of the Republic of Togo meet this need through comprehensive capacity-building initiatives, by providing judicial training courses on cybercrime and electronic evidence in the ECOWAS area and in Mauritania, and by training pools of judges, magistrates and prosecutors to become trainers themselves on these issues.

Some ten judges, magistrates and public prosecutors took an active part over 5 days in the workshop at which they reported on their discussions, reflections and work on cybercrime.
