OCWAR-C, the «West African Response on Cybersecurity and Fight against Cybercrime », is a regional project implemented by Expertise France under a Financing Agreement between the European Union and the Commission of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).

To support ECOWAS and strengthen the capacity of the region’s states to combat money laundering, the European Union is funding regional projects OCWAR-M (combating money laundering and the financing of terrorism) and OCWAR-T (combating trafficking).
